For teams who want to take the adventure beyond the meeting room and into the night, Takamaka makes full use of the extraordinary setting of the French Alps. Dinner under a tipi in the forest, a fondue deep underground in a cave, or a Savoyard escape to La Clusaz complete with sledging and mountain specialities — these experiences spark conversations that don't stop at dessert.
🎭 Evening entertainment & activities
When you want a evening with suspense, strategy or a touch of magic, our indoor entertainment formats always deliver. The escape game sends your teams racing against the clock, the murder mystery turns colleagues into detectives, and the casino night brings instant party atmosphere. All formats are tried, tested and fully adaptable to your group's profile.
🎶 Themed evenings
Want an evening with a real identity? Quiz buzzer for the trivia fans, Magic Academy to close the night with a flourish, a disco or DJ set to get everyone on the dance floor, or a retro "Les Bronzés font du ski" ski-movie themed evening — our themed formats set the tone from the moment guests walk in and carry the whole group along.
🛥️ And more…
A sunset aperitif cruise on Lake Annecy, a casino night to cap a brilliant seminar, an Escape Box in small teams, or a DJ set to dance the night away — there's something for every group and every budget 🎯. Our team is here to help you build the perfect evening from our full catalogue of options.

❓FAQ
What types of corporate evening events do you offer in Annecy ?
Takamaka Annecy offers a wide variety of corporate entertainment options 🎉: casino nights, escape games, murder mystery, quiz buzzers, magic academy, disco nights, DJ sets, themed evenings, tipi wild camp dinners, underground fondue, Savoyard escapes and more. Every format can be tailored to group size and budget.
Are your evening events suitable for both small and large groups ?
Yes ✅. Our entertainment formats are designed to scale — from a few dozen to several hundred people. We adjust the setup, space and staffing accordingly to make sure every guest has a great time.
Can we combine a corporate evening with a daytime team building activity ?
Absolutely 🤝 — that's actually our favourite formula! We put together full seminar programmes: an activity or team building session during the day, followed by a corporate evening event at night. Our team manages everything from start to finish.
Do the evening events take place indoors or outdoors ?
Both! 🏕️ Some evenings — like the tipi wild camp or the underground fondue — are fully outdoor and immersive in nature. Others — like the casino, escape game or murder mystery — take place indoors. We have options for every season and every weather condition.
How do I get a quote for a corporate evening event in Annecy ?
Simply get in touch by email at elisabeth@takamaka.fr or by phone on +33 (0)4 50 45 60 61 📞. Our team will get back to you quickly with a personalised proposal based on your dates, group size and preferences.
Do you offer corporate evening events in winter ?
Yes ❄️! Takamaka has great winter evening formats too. The Savoyard escape to La Clusaz, underground fondue, tipi wild camp and the retro ski-movie themed evening are all particularly popular in the winter season.
