Takamaka is a specialist in outdoor sports activities and events, based around Annecy since 1994. It now has a network of agencies across France, including Annecy, La Clusaz, Aix-les-Bains, Biarritz, Lyon, Paris and Strasbourg, and plans to keep growing.
In the Annecy area, the agency benefits from a well-known location, an exceptional setting and all the tools needed to run activities for individuals and groups.
Your responsibilities
Customer service
In our shop in Annecy's old town and at our paragliding base in Doussard.
Sales
Selling our activities to two types of customers: individuals and groups.
Customer follow-up
You follow up with our customers.
Activity scheduling
You manage the activity schedules.
Instructor team
You manage a team of instructors and organise the activities.
Logistics and on-site activities
Logistics and on-site activity coordination.
The profile we're looking for
This role comes with a lot of autonomy, and we're looking for someone who is comfortable making decisions on both the sales and management side.
- Motivated, available and rigorous
- Good people skills with customers
- Good spoken and written English
- A driving licence (category B)
