Set off on a 30-minute dog sled ride in the heart of Margériaz, in the Bauges mountains, about one hour from Annecy. Comfortably seated in a sled driven by our mushers, glide along a 6 km circuit through snowy mountain landscapes.
This short excursion offers an authentic immersion into the world of Nordic dogs, the bond between humans and huskies, and the silence of the snow-covered forest.

From what age can you do the 30-minute dog sled ride in Margériaz?
The 30-minute sled ride at the adult rate is available from 5 years old. Children aged 3 to 5 benefit from a specific child rate. No particular physical condition is required: you simply need to be mobile and able to sit down and stand up independently. This makes it an ideal activity for families, couples, or friends, for both children and adults!
Is the activity maintained in case of bad weather or snow?
Yes!
Snow, snowfall, cold temperatures, fog, and cloudy conditions are completely normal in the mountains during winter. The activity is maintained in these conditions — this is even what makes the experience authentic and magical! No cancellation or refund request will be accepted for these weather conditions.
However, if conditions are dangerous (storm, road closure), our team will contact you to find a solution. Please make sure to plan your journey properly with a suitably equipped vehicle to avoid any issues on the road.
