From the Takamaka shop in the heart of Annecy's old town, set off to conquer the most beautiful mountain passes in the Alps: Col de la Forclaz, the ascent of Semnoz, Col de Leschaux… or simply enjoy a ride around Lake Annecy on a high-performance bike perfectly adjusted to your body.

A €500 security deposit is required via credit card imprint on the day of rental. Remember to book in advance, especially during the summer. If you have your own clipless shoes, bring them along : we'll install your pedals for free. We have them in stock (Look and Shimano) — just let us know when you book.

What size does L correspond to?
The size L road bike is suitable for cyclists typically between 175 and 185 cm tall. Our team will check and adjust the fit to your body type upon arrival.
What is included in the rental?
The Pulsium carbon road bike (size L), helmet, repair kit (inner tube + tire levers), pump, and bottle cage. Route advice from the team is also included — and that's often the best investment of the day!
Are clipless pedals available?
Yes! We have clipless pedals in stock (Look and Shimano models), available as an option—please specify this when booking as stock is limited. If you have your own shoes and pedals, bring them along: our team will install them on the bike free of charge.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, booking is highly recommended, especially in summer and on weekends. Book online or by phone at +33 4 50 45 60 61. We accept bookings all year round.
What is the required deposit?
A deposit of €500 per bicycle is required via credit card imprint on the day of rental. It is released upon return of the bicycle in good condition.
Where is the rental shop?
The Takamaka boutique is located at 23 Faubourg Sainte-Claire, 74000 Annecy — right in the heart of the old town, just 400 meters (a 5-minute walk) from Annecy train station. Ideal if you're arriving by train!
