Where to go?
We have 3 different sites for dogsledding. You can go to La Giettaz or Manigod in the Aravis, or Margeriaz in the Bauges.
How many can we be per sled?
It all depends on the specificities of each musher, but it is mainly a question of weight: the sleds will not be able to accommodate more than 200 kg. This represents about 2 or 3 adults.
Who can participate?
You can go for a sleigh ride from 1 year old, and you don't need to be a great sportsperson to enjoy a nice ride.
What is the difference between riding and driving ?
During the ride, you sit in the musher's sled, he drives the sled for you: you can enjoy the landscape.
If you want to drive, you will have your own little sled with about 4 dogs. Be careful, it's a lot of sport ! You may have to push the sled a little on the way up to help the dogs. This activity is only adapted to 12 years olds and older.
