Located at one hour drive from Annecy between Bourg Saint Maurice and Centron, the Isère river is one of the most beautiful courses in France.

A descent of great atmosphere, where you will discover progressively the most famous rapids of the Isere, (the machine to cut the ham, the jump of the virgin...), one of the most beautiful courses of raft, and especially the river of the world championship of kayak.

A sport of friends: spray, laughter and sensations guaranteed!


Practice time : Half day

Practical conditions : Good physical condition

Age : From 14 years old

What is included :

• The necessary equipment for the practice (wetsuit, helmet, neoprene boots, vest)
• Supervision by our professional instructor.

What is not included :

• The transport to the place of practice

Remember to bring :

• A swimsuit
• A towel

Mandatory requirements:

• Know how to swim, be in good physical condition
• Be at least 14 years old
