Up to 23km of descent can be done without any previous experience, you just need to know how to swim and thanks to our state certified guide you will easily alternate between rapids and calmer portions in solo, in couple or with friends.

What is rafting ?
Rafting is a sport that consists of descending sections of river with rapids called whitewater aboard an inflatable raft (or raft). The navigation is done with a paddle by several team members!
From what age can I go rafting ?
We have a descent accessible from 8 years old, otherwise for most of the descents you need to be 12 or 14 years old.
Is it sporty ?
It's not a particularly sporty activity, but it is demanding. You will come out of it as if you had spent an hour in the pool. The rivers alternate calm and agitated portions, with some rapids that are more tumultuous than others. The guides of the team are there to adapt to your level and your desires!
What should I bring for the activity ?
Just a bathing suit and a towel, we take care of the rest.
What equipment do you provide ?
A full neoprene suit (pants and jacket) as well as neoprene boots, a life jacket, a helmet and of course a paddle!
Where do we meet ?
For the Isère river, you have an appointment at our base in Aime-La Plagne! We will pick you up from the base to take you on the river.
