The first chills of white water !

A great atmosphere descent, where you will discover progressively the most famous rapids of the Isère. Located at 1 hour and a half drive from Annecy between Bourg Saint Maurice and Centron, the Isère is one of the most beautiful rivers in France.

The white water swimming will allow you to evolve in an individual way, according to the current, to surf with the slightest waves and to face the rapids.

An accessible and very playful activity which allows you to discover the water movements of a river. 7 km of hydrospeed descent which can be done without previous experience by alternating rapids and calmer portions.

A sport for friends: spray, laughter and sensations guaranteed !

 

Practice time : 2h00 (7km of descent)

Practical conditions : Good physical condition

Age : From 14 years old

What is included :

• The necessary equipment for the practice (wetsuit, helmet, neoprene boots, vest, flippers)
• Supervision by our professional instructor.

What is not included :

• The transport to the place of practice

Remember to bring :

• A swimsuit
• A towel

Mandatory requirements:

• Know how to swim, be in good physical condition
• Be at least 14 years old
