Discover this discipline with professionals and go for lying and standing shooting. A 22 long riffle in your hands, you will learn the correct position and how to relax calmly your attitude! Your keen and attentive eye guides you in the direction of the targets situated from a 10m distance. Thanks to your calm breath, press the trigger gently.

Finally, if you want to, during a real biathlon session, discover the succession race-shooting. Control, precision will be your assets!
